DESCRIPTION:A field trip designed for upper elementary and middle school students (ages 9–14) to explore local rivers and investigate aquatic ecosystems. Students rotate through four stations—Salmon Biology\, Riparian Ecology\, Water Quality\, and Macroinvertebrates—with a lunch break\, guided by expert environmental educators and natural resource professionals. The program is provided free to local schools through funding from the Jackson Soil and Water Conservation District and local community partners.
