Meet the Author: Scott Kaiser

Join Scott Kaiser as he reads from his new book, Conquering the Canon: A Life in Shakespeare, which chronicles his journey through all 38 of Shakespeare's plays during his three decades with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Blending behind-the-scenes stories with theatrical insight, the book is part memoir and part masterclass on bringing Shakespeare to life onstage. Kaiser is a nationally recognized master teacher of acting and voice, as well as a director, playwright, and author who spent 28 seasons with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
