Do I need an account?

No! Storytown does not require user accounts. Simply download the app and start exploring.

Can I buy tickets through the app?

The app provides links to our ticketing platform where you can securely purchase tickets for events.

Is my data private?

If you sign in, you have a Rova account, which holds your name, email, follows and saved events. The app and website also collect usage analytics and, in the app, crash reports. We don't sell your information. See our Privacy Policy.

What devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 13.0 or later, and Android devices running 8.0 (Oreo) or later.

Is the app free?

Yes! The Storytown app is completely free to download and use.

How do I get updates?
