Rogue Valley Sewer Services presents
A DEQ-approved 6.5-hour certification course for Erosion and Sediment Control Inspectors in Oregon. Participants learn about stormwater regulations, environmental impacts of runoff, erosion and sedimentation fundamentals, and the requirements of DEQ 1200-C permits through classroom instruction and skills demonstrations. The course culminates in a certification exam (80% passing score required), and successful participants receive an RVSS ESC Inspector Certification valid for 3 years.
This course is open to all but particularly valuable for visual monitors and inspectors, construction site supervisors, developers, project engineers, and public officials. No prerequisites are required.
