Savor the Siskiyou is an intimate fine-dining evening high on Mt. Ashland. Guests begin with a summer chairlift ride and a short walk along the mountain's Nature Trail, then sit down to a four-course curated meal prepared by Mt. Ashland Ski Area's executive chef and paired with beverages from local valley wineries. Live music accompanies the meal for a magical evening at the top of the Siskiyous. Spots are limited and offered first come, first served.
