A guided global wine and cheese tasting exploring how terroir shapes both wine and cheese. Led by wine expert Morgan Mellish and former cheesemonger Rachel Barkanic, guests will taste five carefully curated cheese-wine pairings from Champagne, Spain, Austria, France, and Southern Oregon. Each pairing is selected to showcase how wines and cheeses that grow together in the same regions complement one another.

The tasting ranges from fresh and delicate to aged and complex styles. Guests can order featured wines for pickup at Good Juice in Ashland (delivery available for 4+ bottles) and cheeses through The Oregon Cheese Cave.
