This second weekend of The Elemental Journey Around the Sun grounds students in the essential foundations of herbal medicine. The immersion focuses on building practical literacy and core frameworks for understanding how herbs function within the body and patterns of nature, covering herbal energetics, botany, plant structure, herbal actions and classifications, and how flavors and energetics influence the body.
