Toddlerobics: Music, Movement, and Me!

Children ages 2 and up can exercise both mind and body by participating in a range of simple exercises, music games, and lots of dancing fun. This program also allows participants to experience sensory exploration through items like shakers, scarves, bubbles, and parachute play.
