Kandō presents

Understudy is a collaboration between Devyn Delisle and Chase Davies. Devyn is currently the Sous Chef at MÄS, where he oversees most of the day-to-day processes that make up the tasting menu. Chase is a Chef de Parti at Dear Irene in Bend, Oregon. Both went to culinary school together and are now teaming up for their debut culinary experience.
