Cocktail Class

Learn to craft two classic cocktails: the Corpse Reviver No. 2, a bright citrus-forward gin cocktail with Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, fresh lemon, and absinthe; and the Cosmopolitan, an iconic pink cocktail made fresh and perfectly balanced. Participants will cover essential cocktail techniques including proper shaking, dilution, citrus work, and ingredient selection. You'll make and enjoy both cocktails during the class, leaving with the skills to recreate them at home.
