An indulgent dinner celebrating with dry-aged prime rib carved tableside and served with classic accompaniments in the spirit of San Francisco's House of Prime Rib. Guests arrive to a welcome pour of bubbles and enjoy a carefully curated menu featuring Little Gem Caesar salad, 21-day dry-aged prime rib with potato pavé, creamed spinach, wild mushrooms, braised cipollini onions, and Baked Alaska soft serve for dessert.
The evening features two pours of serious wine paired with the meal: a 2016 Magnum Chimère by Sine Qua Non and a 2014 Magnum Paul Hobbs Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Cabernet Sauvignon. Limited to eighteen seats for an exclusive dining experience.
