Push & Connect

Push & Connect is RVWIB's movement-meets-networking event, hosted in partnership with Fiit & Flow in Ashland, OR. You'll get an all-levels barre workout, then move into a "hot seat" where every woman brings a current business question or challenge, we put it on the table, and the group weighs in. You leave with direct feedback from women who are running businesses and have real experience to share. Light snacks and refreshments provided.
