Rogue Valley Sewer Services presents
A DEQ-approved 6.5-hour training program covering erosion and sediment control essentials. The course includes classroom instruction, skills demonstrations, and a certification exam (80% passing required). Topics covered: history and implementation of stormwater regulations, environmental impacts of runoff, erosion fundamentals, DEQ 1200-C permit requirements, inspection protocols, and best management practices. Upon completion, participants receive an RVSS ESC Inspector Certification valid for 3 years.
